Campobello di Mazara
Campobello di Mazara is a town in the province of Trapani, extending to the seaside frazioni of Tre Fontane and Torretta Granitola, which are chiefly inhabited in summer. Its name derives from Campus Belli, the Romans’ name for the site of the battle between Segesta and Selinunte; nearby Rocche di Cusa is where the Selinuntines quarried stone for their temples.
